2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Exchanges

- Vendors must clearly indicate if their products have special return conditions.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Vendors may provide prepaid return labels at their discretion.
6. Marketplace Mediation
- If a dispute arises between a customer and vendor, Shop Mart may step in to mediate.
- Shop Mart reserves the right to issue refunds directly in cases of vendor non-compliance.
