  • Shop Mart reserves the right to remove products or vendors that violate these rules.

6. Payments & Commissions

  • Payments are processed through Stripe, Credit Card providers, and local bank transfers.
  • Vendors agree to Shop Mart’s commission structure and payout schedule.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Vendors are responsible for shipping products using approved methods.
  • Customers will be provided with estimated delivery times and tracking where available.

8. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy (shopmartslu.com in Bing).
  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, digital services) may be non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shop Mart is a marketplace platform. We are not the manufacturer or seller of products. Vendors are solely responsible for their products and services. Shop Mart is not liable for damages arising from vendor products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

Shop Mart may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes will be resolved under Saint Lucian jurisdiction.
